Alignerr is seeking Indonesian Language Experts for AI training to review and improve Indonesian-language content used to train AI systems. You will assess translations, identify issues in naturalness and culture, and provide clear feedback to improve accuracy across registers.

This fully remote, hourly contract offers flexible hours and the chance to shape how AI understands and communicates in Indonesian for global users. No prior AI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian.
• Strong written communication in Indonesian and English.
• Solid command of contemporary Indonesian usage across registers.
• Ability to evaluate written language quality at scale.
• Detail-oriented with thorough approach.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated translations and content for accuracy and naturalness.
• Identify mistranslations, awkward phrasing, or cultural issues.
• Suggest clear, idiomatic, culturally appropriate Indonesian.
• Provide structured linguistic and cultural feedback.
• Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule.
