PU Prime Indonesia is seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist with a strong emphasis on performance and digital marketing to drive local marketing execution in Indonesia.

The role is hands-on and execution-focused, centered on paid social and search campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok), local content, and cross-functional collaboration to grow registrations, FTD, and brand presence across the region.

Qualificações

• Min 4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing or related role.
• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
• Comfortable working with campaign performance data (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and making data-driven optimisations.
• Experience managing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Telegram).
• Basic graphic design skills for localising banners and campaign creative.
• Basic event management experience.
• Strong communication skills and comfortable engaging directly with clients in offline settings.
• Comfortable managing budgets and coordinating across teams.
• Based in Indonesia; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, launch, monitor, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads to drive registrations and FTD
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, and bidding to maximise cost-efficient conversions
• Track and report on campaign performance (CPA, ROAS, conversion rate) and recommend improvements
• Plan and execute A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and apply successful learnings
• Set up and manage official PU Prime Indonesia channels: Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok
• Own the local social media content calendar and posting
• Localise marketing banners and campaign creative
• Plan and run offline community touchpoints / small seminars in cities where PU Prime already has a presence
• Support local campaign launches and manage basic local event logistics
• Assist with local marketing budgeting and coordinate regularly with the wider Marketing division
• Communicate daily with the local Country Manager to understand on-the-ground needs and priorities
