Job summary

ByteBridge is seeking a Site-based Project Manager to lead the Data Center – White Space Fit-Out in Cikarang, Indonesia. You will oversee mobilization, scheduling, trade coordination, and delivery from mobilization to handover.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking manpower, materials, cost, and milestones; coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers; ensuring safety, quality, and client requirements; and producing progress and risk updates.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in a construction-related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or data center projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.

Job description

Location: Cikarang, Indonesia Project: Data Center – White Space Fit-Out

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall delivery of the data center fit-out project from mobilization to handover.
• Plan and track project schedule, manpower, materials, cost and key milestones.
• Manage daily site activities and coordinate engineers, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers.
• Coordinate white space works including racks, containment, structured cabling, fiber/copper, power and related MEP/ELV works.
• Coordinate interfaces between electrical, mechanical, ICT and other trades.
• Attend client, consultant and site coordination meetings.
• Review drawings, method statements, material submissions and work sequences.
• Monitor site progress and resolve delays, clashes and technical issues.
• Manage subcontractor performance and site manpower.
• Ensure works meet project safety, quality and client requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing & commissioning and QA/QC activities.
• Manage NCRs, defects and punch-list closure.
• Coordinate as-built drawings, test reports and handover documentation.
• Provide regular project progress, risk and cost updates.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction, MEP or data center projects.
• Data center fit-out experience preferred.
• Good understanding of MEP, ICT/ELV and structured cabling works.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Able to read construction drawings and project specifications.
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Able to work full-time on-site in Cikarang, Indonesia.
