Job summary

Hongkong Xiqi International is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end data center projects in Indonesia, overseeing on-site implementation, MEP/ELV delivery, and warranty closure. • 3–5 years in data center delivery/construction management; familiar with MEP/ELV delivery processes.
• Proficient in data center standards and core system commissioning.
• Skilled in Revit (MEP modeling), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing/communication); Chinese is a plus.
• Good stress tolerance, coordination skills, willingness to travel locally.
• PMP, First-class Constructor, or data center certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivery Management: Execute new build, expansion, and renovation projects; develop localized plans and track progress.
• On-Site Implementation: Oversee installation, commissioning, and integrated testing of core systems (UPS, precision AC, power distribution, fire safety, cabling); enforce HSE and quality standards.
• Coordination: Act as the POC; align with tech/supply chain teams and external clients, GCs, vendors.
• Risk & Cost Control: Monitor schedules, optimize plans, control costs, mitigate risks related to local compliance and materials.
• Closure & O&M: Lead final acceptance, manage as-built documentation, and handle warranty-period troubleshooting and customer maintenance.

Job description

Manage end-to-end after-sales delivery of data center projects in Indonesia, including on-site implementation, quality/schedule control, acceptance, and warranty closure. Coordinate resources to ensure smooth delivery of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), HVAC, fire protection, and ELV systems, while maintaining local customer relationships.

II. Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in ME, EE, HVAC, Telecom, or related fields.

2. Experience: 3-5 years in data center delivery/construction management. Familiar with MEP/ELV delivery processes.

3. Skills: Proficient in data center standards and core system commissioning. Strong independent project management capabilities.

4. Software: Skilled in Revit (MEP modeling), Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

5. Language: Fluent in English (reading/writing/communication); Chinese is a plus.

6. Attributes: Good stress tolerance, excellent coordination skills, willing to travel locally. Knowledge of Indonesian compliance is a plus.

7. Certifications: PMP, First-class Constructor, or data center certifications are preferred.
