You will manage forecasting, channel relationships, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure targets are met. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in channel sales management, global MNC experience, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Biomedical engineering, Engineering or Business.
• Minimum 10 years of channel sales management experience.
• Experience in healthcare/medical device and global MNCs.

Responsibilities

• Drive quarterly and annual sales targets across market and product segments.
• Develop Go-To-Market strategy to achieve year-on-year growth.
• Identify and develop growth opportunities across customer segments.
• Maintain key account relationships.
• Develop and maintain channel network to support growth.
• Collaborate with APAC Marketing Manager on Indonesia market strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
• Manage forecasting, pipeline discipline and business reviews.
