Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Partner Business Development Manager to drive growth of its cloud ecosystem in Indonesia. The role focuses on acquiring partners, expanding the network with SIs, ISVs, and MSPs, and guiding GTM collaboration to boost cloud adoption across sectors.

You will build executive relationships, co-develop industry solutions, and lead joint market initiatives, while enabling partner capabilities through training and certification programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in BD, partner management, or ecosystem development in cloud/ICT.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand Huawei's cloud ecosystem through partnerships with SIs, ISVs, MSPs, and channel partners.
• Build and execute partner development strategies aligned with Huawei Cloud's objectives and market expansion.
• Analyze market trends and partner capabilities to strengthen Huawei Cloud's position.
• Manage onboarding, enablement, relationships, performance, and growth planning across partners.
• Maintain executive-level relationships with strategic cloud ecosystem partners.
• Co-develop industry-specific cloud solutions and digital transformation initiatives with partners.
• Lead joint GTM activities and cloud marketplace initiatives with ecosystem partners.
• Support partner capability development through training and certification programs.
• Drive customer retention and ecosystem engagement through strategic operational support.
• Provide market insights and ecosystem analysis to support Huawei Cloud's growth.
