Job summary

PT Yongwang Electronics Indonesia seeks a Product Manager to lead air conditioning products in the Indonesian market, driving revenue, profit, market share, and inventory turnover while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

You will conduct market and competitor analysis, develop product roadmaps with specifications, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management, train the sales team, monitor performance, adjust inventory and production schedules, and expand dealer networks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing in the Electronics or Home Appliance industry (MUST).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively across functions.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
• Able to work tight deadlines, and fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage air conditioning products in the Indonesian market to achieve targets.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify consumer needs, market trends, and product opportunities.
• Develop product planning and product roadmaps, including product specifications, positioning, pricing strategies, and product lifecycle management.
• Coordinate closely with headquarters and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain) to ensure the effective implementation of product strategies.
• Support the sales team through product training, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor product performance and provide regular evaluations and improvement plans based on sales data and market feedback.
• Provide analyses and reports to management and respond to questions and requests from management.
• Review and adjust inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability.
• Responsible for the development of the air conditioning business in Indonesia, including expanding the service area and increasing the number of specialized air conditioning dealers throughout Indonesia.
