Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field without specified years of experience.
• 3–5+ years in insurance, banking, sales operations, incentive management, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of agency contest, incentive, and recognition initiatives.
• Create an execution roadmap with priorities, timelines, dependencies, and roles.
• Coordinate activities across departments for smooth delivery and resource use.
• Oversee governance, qualification tracking, and timely reward processes.
• Monitor participation trends, program impact, and risk across the lifecycle.
