Job summary

Japfa is seeking a QC In-Process professional in Lamongan, East Java, to monitor production, perform in-process inspections, and ensure adherence to approved formulations and quality standards.

You will prepare daily quality reports, support audits, and drive HSE and 5S initiatives while maintaining equipment and a safe work environment. A D3/S1 in a related field and 1 year of QC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor degree in relevant field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in QC/QA/Production Quality or Laboratory in manufacturing/food/pet industries.
• Good understanding of in-process quality control, testing methods and product quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP experience is a plus.
• Willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved formulations and perform random checks on control systems.
• Conduct in-process quality inspections from grinding to bagging-off stages and determine production status.
• Prepare and maintain daily reports on in-process quality, bagging activities, and corrective actions during operations.
• Report quality testing results, follow up on quarantined products, and support internal audits related to production processes.
• Maintain equipment and the work environment while implementing HSE, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives within the QC In-Process function.
