Job summary

JAPFA is a leading agribusiness company with operations in Indonesia, specializing in animal feed and related products. The role focuses on in-process quality control, inspections from grinding to bagging, and maintaining daily quality reports while supporting internal audits.

The candidate will ensure adherence to approved formulations, monitor control systems, and implement HSE and 5S practices on the Lamongan, East Java site. Strong QA knowledge and ERP experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Minimal Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Food Technology, Fisheries, Animal Science, Biology, Chemistry, Agricultural Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Production Quality, or Laboratory functions within the manufacturing, feed, food, or related industries.
• Good understanding of production processes, in-process quality control, quality testing methods, and product quality standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, detail-oriented, committed to HSE and 5S practices, and willing to be placed in Lamongan, East Java.

• Memantau proses produksi untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan formula yang telah ditetapkan serta melakukan pengecekan acak pada sistem kontrol.
• Melakukan inspeksi kualitas selama proses produksi mulai dari tahap grinding hingga bagging-off serta menentukan status produk (OK, Karantina, atau Reject).
• Menyusun dan memelihara laporan harian terkait kualitas proses, aktivitas bagging, serta tindakan korektif selama operasional.
• Melaporkan hasil pengujian kualitas, menindaklanjuti produk karantina, dan mendukung pelaksanaan audit internal terkait proses produksi.
• Memelihara peralatan dan lingkungan kerja serta menerapkan program K3, 5S, dan inisiatif perbaikan berkelanjutan (continuous improvement) di area QC In Process.

Kualifikasi

• Minimal Diploma (D3) atau Sarjana (S1) Teknologi Pangan, Perikanan, Peternakan, Biologi, Kimia, Teknologi Pertanian, atau jurusan terkait.
• Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality Produksi, atau Laboratorium pada industri manufaktur, pakan, pangan, atau industri terkait.
• Memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai proses produksi, pengendalian mutu selama proses (in-process quality control), metode pengujian kualitas, dan standar mutu produk.
• Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office; pengalaman menggunakan SAP atau sistem ERP lainnya menjadi nilai tambah.
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik, teliti, berkomitmen terhadap penerapan K3 dan 5S, serta bersedia ditempatkan di Lamongan, Jawa Timur.
