Job summary

PT ZHONGWEI ZHOUTE INDONESIA is seeking a Supervisor Finance to oversee import documentation, cost control, and financial reporting for an import-driven business. You will coordinate with forwarders, compute HPP, and ensure timely tax payments while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires at least two years in an import environment, strong Excel skills and familiarity with Accurate or Zahir accounting software, and a meticulous, honest approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in an import company.
• Understand import procedures: PO LN, Invoice, Packing List, PIB, Forwarder, Bea Cukai
• Able to calculate import HPP and exchange rates
• Understand journal entries, bank reconciliation, cashflow, and financial reporting
• Proficient in Excel and Accurate/Zahir accounting software
• Honest and detail-oriented
• Domiciled in Tangerang/Jakarta Barat

Responsibilities

• Manage all import documents and forwarder coordination
• Check import costs and calculate HPP (Cost of Goods Sold)
• Prepare financial reports
• Handle tax payments including PPh 22
