World Harvest is seeking a School Administration & Finance Supervisor to support the administrative, financial, and operational activities of the school. You will manage student and teacher records, tuition and other payments, financial reporting, and school supplies.

You will provide administrative support to teachers and management, assist with school promotions and events, and serve as a front-line contact for students, parents, visitors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage student and teacher records and tuition/payment administration.
• Prepare financial reports including school income and receipts.
• Oversee school supplies, documents, attendance, and daily administrative tasks.
• Provide administrative support to teachers and management.
