Job summary

Mekari is Indonesia's leading SaaS company focusing on a broad ecosystem including Mekari Jurnal, Mekari Talenta, Mekari Qontak, and Mekari Flex. We are seeking an analytics/insights/project management professional to assist clients, provide CRM best-practice consultancy, and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery.

You will gather client requirements, implement systems, report to management on needs and risks, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in analytics/insights/project management/strategy.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Finance/Business or another quantitative discipline.
• Advanced mastery in Microsoft Excel, with comfort in working with large numbers/data sets.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Able to design, execute, and analyze projects from start to finish independently with minimal supervision.
• Extreme comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Fluent in SQL and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and proven track record of teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist client to setup applications appropriate with clients requirements.
• Provide consultancy for a client about best practice in Customer Relationship Management.
• Support and give problem-solving to clients.
• Gather client requirements and implement the system.
• Report to the manager about client needs and problems regularly.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects effectively, with strong prioritization and time management.
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure alignment with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
• Monitor overall project schedule, report project issues status, and potential risks.
• Communicate progress and escalate critical issues to stakeholders as needed.
