Job summary

IIX Global is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge product owners and the technology team, translating business requirements into precise technical specifications for the IIX Values and IIX Intelligence platforms.

The role collaborates with the Technology Manager to manage the requirements pipeline, support agile processes, and drive platform roadmaps while focusing on user outcomes and business value across APAC teams.

Qualifications

3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Proven ability to gather, document, and manage requirements in a software product or SaaS environment.
Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable facilitating stakeholder sessions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficiency in requirements documentation tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Jira, or equivalent).
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Elicit, capture, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Produce clear BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Maintain a living requirements repository, updating across platform iterations.
Map and document business processes, data flows, and system interactions across platforms.
Act as the primary communication channel between product owners, business teams, and the tech team.
Facilitate requirements workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder check-ins.
Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.
Proactively flag dependencies, risks, and ambiguities to the Tech Manager and stakeholders.
Develop understanding of platforms (IIX Values, IIX Intelligence, etc.).
Conduct gap analyses and support integration planning with third-party systems.
Contribute to platform roadmap discussions with insights from requirements analysis.
Work within Agile/Scrum to support planning, backlog grooming, and refinement.
Collaborate to prioritize the product backlog based on business value.
Participate in sprint reviews/retrospectives and track requirements delivery.
Review UX/UI from a user needs perspective and support UAT.
Bring a product mindset to ensure user outcomes and business value.
