Save the Children Indonesia seeks a strategic leader to head Impact, Innovation and Influencing, guiding program design, MEAL, and advocacy to advance child rights. You will shape the country office strategy, mentor senior technical staff, and represent the organization with government authorities, donors, and partners.

• Lead the development, review, and implementation of the Country Strategic Plan, ensuring alignment with global strategy and child rights principles.
• Represent the Country Office and the voices of children with government, donors, partners, and other stakeholders in advocacy and policy discussions.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of technical specialists across multiple themes (child protection, education, gender, etc.).
• Oversee MEAL and knowledge management to generate timely, accurate programme data and inform decision‑making.
• Drive program quality, learning, and innovation across development and humanitarian contexts, ensuring safeguarding and evidence‑based approaches.
• Strengthen partnerships and fundraising engagement to position the country office for strategic opportunities and funding pipelines.
• Foster accountability, participation of children and communities, and a culture of continuous improvement across all programs.
