Job summary

Palladium is seeking a District Support Officer for the INOVASI 3 program in NTT, Indonesia. The STP position strengthens district-level education ecosystems by boosting collaboration, policy alignment, and capacity-building in Sumba Barat and Timor Tengah Selatan.

The role requires a bachelor’s in education and at least three years in education development, with Indonesian fluency and basic English encouraged.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in education or related field from accredited institution.
Master's degree in a relevant field is an advantage.
Three years of experience in educational development programs with non-profit or development organizations.
Demonstrated understanding of education policies and practice, esp. primary education.
Strong organizational, communication and facilitation skills; ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

Work with Ecosystem Coordinator and MERL Officer to ensure activities comply with Palladium and DFAT regulations.
Liaise, plan, implement, evaluate and report on district activities with government and partners.
Organize meetings, budget, ToR and archive materials for program activities.
Provide ongoing support for INOVASI partners and school communities.
Assist in documenting implementation reports and data collection for INOVASI 3.
Coordinate travel, accommodation, logistics with Finance, Operations and Admin.
