Job summary

Yayasan Pendidikan Kader Bangsa Indonesia seeks an experienced IB Diploma Programme Coordinator to lead the implementation, management, and ongoing development of the DP across the school. You will ensure alignment with IBO standards and act as the key liaison among IBO, school leadership, teachers, students, and parents.

The role requires strong leadership, policy development, and a deep understanding of IBDP curricula, assessments, and documentation, with a focus on continuous program

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.
• Master’s Degree preferred for leadership role.
• Mandatory IB-approved professional development certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, implementation, and review of the IB Diploma Programme per IBO standards.
• Ensure compliance with IBO authorization, evaluation, and program maintenance.
• Act as liaison with IBO, administrators, teachers, students, and parents.
