Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in banking or financial services with IAM experience.
• Strong understanding of Identity, Privilege and Access management concepts.
• Ability to design and lead IAM/PAM implementations without fully relying on enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities

• Establish IAM/PAM capabilities and governance.
• Form the team, procedures, processes, and technology for IAM/PAM.
• Establish a bank-wide User Access Matrix as a baseline.
• Manage day-to-day and end-to-end access requests.
• Conduct access reviews for all internal systems.
• Ensure secure IAM/PAM adoption across the organization.
• Monitor asset lists for IAM onboarding.
• Prepare reports related to Identity, Privilege, and Access management.
