Job summary

Leafy is seeking a Hydroponic Agronomist to support hydroponic cultivation operations and premium leafy vegetable production, with indoor-hydroponic tomato experience as a strong plus.

This role requires field work readiness, attention to cultivation data, and strict adherence to SOPs while developing modern production systems. Willingness to travel to Bali as needed and own motorcycle access is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or final-year student in Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Horticulture, Agriculture, or related field
• Understanding of hydroponic cultivation fundamentals
• Understanding of or willingness to learn EC, pH, and TDS measurement

Responsibilities

• Support crop planning and production scheduling
• Monitor hydroponic lettuce and premium leafy vegetables
• Monitor nutrient parameters (EC, pH, TDS)
• Identify and report plant growth disturbances
• Assist with operational cultivation troubleshooting
• Maintain documentation, production reports, and SOP compliance
• Support training or coordination of operational teams
