Accelbyte, Inc. is seeking a versatile designer to own marketing and sales-facing creative while contributing to product UI/UX work.

You will manage the full asset pipeline—from briefs to final deliverables—working directly with marketing and sales, and collaborating with senior designers on product projects. The role is hybrid, balancing 80% commercial design with 20% product design, including maintaining design systems and exploring AI-assisted tooling to speed production without compromising

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a digital/media designer, product designer, or mix of both.
• Portfolio showing marketing/brand creative and UI/UX work or strong depth in one with ramp on the other.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite for video and graphic production.
• Proficient in Figma for UI/UX and design systems work.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in workflow: AI image/video generation and AI-assisted UI/UX tools.

Responsibilities

• Own creative production for paid ads, landing pages, blog assets, and campaign creative across web and social channels.
• Design and edit video: product demo videos, feature snippets, social/ad video, and marketing motion graphics.
• Build sales-facing assets: pitch decks, sales presentations, one-pagers, and deal-support collateral.
• Maintain the marketing design system and ensure visual output consistency across channels.
• Collaborate with growth, content, and sales to turn briefs into assets on tight timelines.
• Use AI generation tools to speed up ideation and production while maintaining brand quality.
• Support UI/UX work inside the product: wireframes, mockups, prototypes.
