Job summary

Clean Energy Resource Teams seeks a dynamic Community Engagement Specialist to foster strong connections within the Bandar Lampung community. You will develop and execute strategies that enhance community participation and well-being, acting as a vital liaison between local needs and available resources in a hybrid role.

This position blends on-the-ground interactions with remote work to maximize reach in Lampung.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Community Development, Public Relations, or a related field.
Proven experience in community outreach, engagement, or program coordination.
Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of the social landscape and community dynamics in Bandar Lampung.
Proficiency in using digital tools for communication, project management, and data collection.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing time effectively in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic community engagement plans to address local needs.
Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and events, both in-person and virtually.
Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders, organizations, and residents.
Identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership to enhance service delivery.
Collect feedback from the community to inform program development and service improvements.
Create and disseminate communication materials (newsletters, social media updates, flyers) to inform the community about programs and initiatives.
