Job summary

Johnson Controls Indonesia is seeking a Service Technician to perform preventive maintenance, installation, commissioning and routine servicing of HVAC systems for commercial clients. You will communicate with customers, service teams and subcontractors to ensure satisfaction and safety on site.

This role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience, knowledge of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating, a valid driver’s license and strong diagnostic skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or suitable equivalent.
• 3+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Proficient electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans.
• Ability to work after hours, weekends, and public holidays with short or no notice.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic preventive maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning and general servicing activities.
• Conducts routine communications with customers and service teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Inspects HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety.
• Handles Water Cooled and Air Cooled Chillers and related components.
• Provides solutions to improve facility efficiency and safety during service.
