• Minimum 5 years of HR/People Management experience, preferably in property, retail, hospitality, or commercial business.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of HSE practices, risk management, and applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
• Proven experience leading a team and managing vendors, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee HR, IT, and HSE activities to ensure effective and compliant property operations.
• Manage HR operational activities, including employee administration, manpower planning, employee relations, and HR services.
• Coordinate IT infrastructure, systems, and user support to ensure reliable and effective business operations.
• Develop and implement HR, IT, and HSE procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• Monitor HSE implementation, including safety inspections, risk assessments, emergency preparedness, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Manage relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers related to HR, IT, and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate with internal departments and management to identify and resolve HR, IT, and HSE-related issues.
• Prepare regular HR, IT, and HSE reports, monitor performance, and provide recommendations to management.
• Support employee engagement, training, and development initiatives in coordination with the HR team.
• Ensure proper documentation and records for HR, IT, and HSE activities and provide administrative support as required.

About the role :

We are seeking an HR, IT & HSE Assistant Manager to join our team in Balikpapan Kota, East Kalimantan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in supporting people management, IT services, and health, safety, and environmental practices across our property operations. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective HR operations, reliable IT support, and the implementation of HSE standards, while coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to support smooth and compliant property operations.
