Job summary

Cekat.AI, a fast growing AI Agent startup based in Indonesia, is seeking an HRGA professional to manage payroll, employee relations, and office operations in line with Indonesian labor regulations.

As HRGA, you will handle attendance, BPJS, tax calculations, onboarding/offboarding, and confidential compensation records while supporting engagement and well-being initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HRGA or HR Generalist experience in a startup environment.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, BPJS administration, and tax calculations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks and records.
• Ability to handle confidential compensation data with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll data.
• Prepare calculations for salary, allowances, deductions, taxes, and BPJS.

As HRGA, you will handle end-to-end payroll administration, manage employee relations, oversee office operations, and ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor regulations

What You'll Do:

• Manage monthly attendance, overtime, leave, and payroll data
• Prepare calculations for salary, allowances, deductions, taxes, and BPJS
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee data and compensation records
• Support the onboarding & offboarding processes (documentation and clearance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee administrative needs
• Handle HRGA documents systematically, including company inventory/assets
• Support employee engagement and well-being activities

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of experience as HRGA or HR Generalist, preferably in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Payroll & BPJS Expertise: Solid understanding of Indonesian labor laws, tax (PPh 21) calculations, and BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administration.
• Operational Efficiency: Strong organizational skills to manage administrative tasks, office management, and employee records systematically.
• Integrity & Discretion: Proven track record of handling confidential compensation and employee data with complete trust and privacy.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills to cross-functional team coordination.
