Job Qualifications

What You’ll Bring (Required Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s degree. While a degree in Human Resources or Psychology is an asset, candidates with degrees in any other fields and relevant HR experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Has been exposed to all aspects of Organization management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and compliance.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with employees at all levels.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.
