Job summary

Commonspirit Health in Indonesia is seeking an HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business objectives and drive performance across the organization.

The role partners with leaders on talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations, while upholding our values and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience, with strong communication and HR systems proficiency.
