You will drive a strong safety culture, ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards, and enable continuous improvement across operations. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and global HSE functions to strengthen learning, prevent incidents, and enhance overall HSE performance, while supporting risk assessments,

Formación

• Experience in HSE roles within industrial, service, production, or technical environments.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a proactive HSE culture and guide daily HSE decisions.
• Lead and support incident reporting, investigations and lessons learned.
• Conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards.
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements.
• Analyze HSE performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate risk assessments, training activities and ensure HSE tools are used.
• Drive implementation of HSE programs, initiatives and KPIs.
