Job summary

PT Anugerah Jaya Buana is seeking an experienced HSE Professional to implement and oversee HSE, SMKP Minerba, and PROPER compliance at a mining site in East Luwu, South Sulawesi. The role requires audit, risk assessment, and reporting responsibilities to ensure safety and environmental standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years in mining HSE, SMKP auditor certification, and proficiency in English (Mandarin preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in mining, preferably nickel mining.
• Experience with mining owner/IUP holder companies is required.
• Valid SMKP Auditor Certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of SMKP Minerba, mining safety and PROPER, including related documentation.

• Coordinate with relevant departments and government authorities regarding occupational safety and environmental compliance.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Willing to be based at the mining site in East Luwu, South Sulawesi.
