Job summary

Electrum is seeking an HSE professional to develop and oversee health, safety, and environmental policies across assembly plants, warehouses, battery swapping stations and offices. You will drive hazard identification, risk mitigation, and a safety culture among all staff and contractors.

You will lead HIRADC/JSA, conduct audits, train on safety, investigate incidents, and ensure regulatory compliance with the Ministry of Manpower and environmental authorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Public Health, OHS, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• AK3U certification is an advantage.
• 1–2 years experience in HSE management system implementation.
• Understanding of OHS and environmental management systems.
• Willingness to rotate or travel to Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Surabaya.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee HSE policies across Electrum operations.
• Identify hazards, mitigate risks, promote safety culture.
• Prepare and review HIRADC and JSA documents.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and audits of equipment, PPE, fire systems, and waste management.
• Deliver safety inductions and organize toolbox talks and ongoing training.
• Lead incident investigations and prepare RCA reports, track CAPA.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare periodic HSE reports.
• Develop Emergency Response Plan and coordinate evacuation drills.

Job description

Develop, implement, and oversee Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies across all Electrum operational areas (assembly plants, warehouses, battery swapping stations, and offices). Ensure that all company activities comply with government regulations and international standards to create a safe, healthy, and environmentally friendly work environment.

Role Overview

Proactively identify hazards, mitigate risks, and instill a safety culture among all employees and partners (contractors/vendors) within the Electrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Identification & Mitigation: Develop and review HIRADC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis) documents for all operational activities.
• Inspection & Audit: Conduct daily safety patrols and routine inspections of work equipment, PPE, fire prevention systems, and waste management (specifically hazardous waste such as used batteries).
• Training & Education: Deliver safety inductions for new employees, visitors, and contractors, and organize safety toolbox meetings as well as periodic OHS training.
• Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into workplace accidents or near-misses, prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with regulations from the Ministry of Manpower and the Environmental Agency. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports regarding HSE performance.
• Emergency Response: Develop emergency response procedures (Emergency Response Plan) and coordinate periodic evacuation drills.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in relevant educational background (e.g., Public Health, OHS, etc.),Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Possession of a General OHS Expert (AK3U) certification from the Ministry of Manpower or BNSP is an advantage.
• 1-2 years experience in HSE Management System Implementation.
• Understanding of OHS and Environmental management system implementation.
• Willingness to rotate or travel to branches across Jabodetabek, Bandung, and Surabaya.

Success Metrics

• 100% Regulatory Compliance: Mandatory reports to government agencies submitted on time with no reprimands or violations.Finding Resolution (Closing Rate): >90% of inspection/audit findings resolved (closed) within the target timeframe (SLA).
• Training Implementation: 100% of field employees have received safety induction and mandatory training.
• Zero Environmental Incidents: No chemical or hazardous waste spills contaminating the environment.
