Job summary

Ayana Hospitality is seeking a proactive HSE Officer to support daily Health, Safety & Environment operations across the resort. You will ensure compliance with regulations, assist in risk assessments, and support waste management and environmental programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in OH&S or related field and at least 2 years in HSE, preferably in hospitality or large properties. Certifications like NEBOSH/IOSH and AK3 Umum are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in OH&S or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years HSE experience in hospitality or large properties.
• Knowledge of OHS regulations, waste management, fire and life safety.
• Familiar with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HACCP and local HSE regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support daily HSE operations across the property.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies.
• Conduct regular safety and environmental inspections and report hazards.
• Assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, and follow-up actions.
• Monitor waste management operations and environmental practices.
• Support fire and life safety, emergency response, and continuity programs.
• Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and checklists.
• Assist with HSE audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the implementation of HSE policies and SOPs.
• Assist in HSE training and toolbox talks.
• Collaborate with departments to promote safety culture.
