Job summary

Dwimitra Listenlights is seeking an HSE Manager to lead the Health, Safety, and Environment functions across EPC, data centre, and infrastructure projects. You will drive HSE strategy, regulatory compliance, risk management, incident prevention, and safety culture across sites.

The role requires coordinating audits, permit-to-work, emergency planning, and continuous improvement to ensure safe project execution and client compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or related discipline.
• 6-8 years HSE experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role, preferably in EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Data Centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, regulatory requirements, risk assessment and environmental management.
• Experience with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, permit-to-work, emergency response planning and safety audits.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary HSE teams across multiple project sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, standards, and governance frameworks.
• Drive organization-wide safety culture and leadership accountability.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, client requirements, and ISO management systems.
• Oversee risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, contractor safety, emergencies, and environment management.
• Conduct site reviews, safety inspections, and leadership audits for risk mitigation.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and reporting.
• Manage audits, inspections, certification requirements, and timely closure of observations.
