Job summary

Twibbonews is seeking an HSE and Sustainability Professional to join its Service organization in Indonesia. You will support the Local Service Unit by driving a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with standards, and enabling continuous improvement across operations.

You will work with internal and external stakeholders and global HSE functions to strengthen HSE learning, prevent incidents, and enhance overall HSE performance, while guiding daily decisions and leading incident

Qualifications

• Experience in HSE roles within industrial, service, production, or technical environments.
• Strong regulatory compliance knowledge and application.
• Ability to support managers and employees in HSE topics and data-driven decisions.
• Proficient with data, dashboards and digital HSE systems.
• Structured, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong understanding of incident management and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Promote a proactive HSE culture by guiding employees and managers in daily HSE decisions.
• Lead and support incident reporting, investigations, and follow-up on lessons learned.
• Conduct internal HSE audits and ensure compliance with Hitachi Energy standards
• Ensure compliance with local legal requirements
• Analyze HSE performance to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate risk assessments, training activities, and ensure appropriate HSE tools and equipment are available and used.
• Drive implementation of HSE programs, initiatives and progress toward key HSE objectives and KPIs.
• Supporting project team in implementing HSE programs
