Job summary

Prysmian is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (HSE) professional to help control safety implementations and support programs. The role involves reporting on safety issues, maintaining HSE records, and assisting with inductions and training to promote a safe workplace at Prysmian facilities.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate or Diploma, competent in MS Office, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Recently completed a Certificate/Diploma.
• Basic computer literacy: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute to a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Regularly control implementation of safety.
• Make reports for all safety issues regularly.
• Assist in development and implementation of safety programs and policies.
• Maintain and update HSE documentations, reports, and records.
• Perform safety inspections and hazard assessments of facilities and equipment.
• Complete reporting as required and/or requested.
• Assist in conduct safety inductions/training sessions for employees.
• Assist in investigate and report safety incidents and violations.
• Lead and drive the 6S activity in the Company.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve safety conditions.
