Job summary

PT Cosmo Manufacturing Indonesia is seeking an HSE & Electrical Staff to join our Bandung facility. The role focuses on maintaining electrical systems, ensuring health and safety compliance, and supporting operational reliability for a busy manufacturing environment.

Candidates should hold a diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 3–5 years in HSE or electrical maintenance. Strong documentation and bilingual communication skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in HSE management or electrical systems maintenance in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting, maintenance and basic repair work.
• Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English, able to convey safety protocols clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance of electrical systems for machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose causes of electrical malfunctions or failures of operational devices.
• Replace faulty wiring and electrical components on machines.
• Align, adjust and calibrate devices according to specifications.
• Maintain records of repairs, calibrations and tests.
• Develop and enforce health and safety practices compliant with local laws and company requirements.
• Evaluate practices to assess risk and regulatory adherence.
• Maintain safety documentation, safe work practices, and activity reports.
• Ensure compliance with EHS laws, regulations, and standards.
