Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant, HRIS Consultant, ERP Consultant, Software Implementation Specialist, or System Support.
Proven experience in HRIS or ERP implementation projects.
Knowledge of HR processes, payroll, taxation, employee benefits, and HR administration is a plus.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong presentation, training, and documentation abilities.
Familiarity with databases, SQL, APIs, and system integration is an advantage.
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data migration.
Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
