Job summary

PT. Prima Solid Energik is seeking an HR Staff to handle HR administration, payroll, recruitment, and performance management. The role will manage contracts, BPJS administration, and act as a liaison between management and staff.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or Psychology, with at least 2 years of HRD experience, and strong Excel skills. You will drive KPI development and ensure compliance with Indonesian employment regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR Management or Psychology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HRD Staff.
• Understanding of employment law, PKWT and PKWTT, overtime calculations, and THR.
• Understanding of BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan systems and administration.
• Experience managing payroll including salary, overtime, and PPh21.
• Experience with end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Understanding of KPI development and performance evaluation systems.
• Experience handling project-based employees.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• High integrity, attention to detail, assertiveness, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage employment administration including work contracts, extensions, mutations, and terminations
• Manage monthly payroll processing, including overtime and deductions
• Conduct recruitment processes according to employee needs
• Develop KPI (Key Performance Indicator) for office staff and field employees
• Coordinate with supervisors/users to determine measurable work targets
• Create monthly/per-project performance evaluation formats
• Produce monthly HR reports including attendance and other metrics
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance
• Ensure company compliance with employment regulations
• Manage employee database and personnel document archives
• Act as liaison between management and employees on employment matters
