Job summary

PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk saat ini mencari kandidat untuk posisi administrasi rekrutmen di Tangerang. Anda akan berkoordinasi dengan tim akuisisi talenta, mengumpulkan data, serta membuat laporan mingguan maupun bulanan.

Kandidat dengan gelar sarjana Psikologi/TI/Matematika, mahir Excel, serta memiliki kemampuan analitis, komunikasi, dan pengelolaan prioritas yang baik akan sangat dipertimbangkan. Posisi ini on-site di Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Gelar sarjana di bidang Psikologi, TI, atau Matematika.
• Mahir Microsoft Excel.
• Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan pemikiran konseptual yang baik.
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
• Mampu mengatur prioritas dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.
