Job summary

PT. Warlbor International Indonesia is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to lead recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation in Batam. This role manages attendance, payroll data accuracy, and employee records while ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and HR practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience using HRIS is an advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English is preferred (Mandarin is an advantage).
