Role Overview

The HR Rewards & Operations Senior Expert will lead the organization’s total rewards strategy while overseeing payroll, HRIS, and performance management frameworks. With a primary focus on compensation and benefits (70%), this role will also ensure smooth payroll operations (20%) and support performance management cycles (10%). The position is critical in ensuring rewards and HR operations are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Total Rewards (70%)
    • Develop, implement, and maintain competitive compensation structures, salary bands, and incentive programs.
    • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
    • Manage annual salary review, bonus allocation, and incentive payout processes.
    • Oversee health, retirement, wellness, and insurance programs; negotiate with vendors to optimize cost and coverage.
    • Draft and update HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and business strategy.
    • Monitor effectiveness of rewards programs using data-driven KPIs, recommending improvements.
    • Design recognition initiatives to drive engagement and retention.
    • Lead clear and consistent communication of rewards programs company-wide.
  • Payroll & HRIS (20%)
    • Manage payroll operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with tax and statutory requirements.
    • Oversee payroll management and ensure integration with HRIS.
    • Support HRIS improvements in automation, reporting, and data integrity across payroll and rewards processes.
    • Provide payroll analytics and insights for HR and management decision-making.
  • Performance Management (10%)
    • Guide performance management framework to ensure fair and transparent evaluations.
    • Support calibration sessions and link performance results to rewards decisions (salary increases, bonus eligibility).
    • Drive continuous improvement of the performance management cycle to align with business and employee growth.
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and payroll, with expertise in HRIS.
  • Proven ability to design and manage total rewards programs.
  • Experience negotiating with vendors for insurance and benefits programs.
  • Language Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, and professional English proficiencies.
