Responsibilities and Qualifications

Min Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resource Management.

Min 3 years of experience in HR Operation Supervisor or related role.

Strong knowledge in managing attendance, employment contracts, and labor law compliance.

Familiar with labor regulations, BPJS, and employee relations/issue handling.

Ability to oversee and manage office supplies.

Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with employees and management.

Proficient in handling documents, records, and operational reports using Microsoft Excel.

Experienced with HRIS systems (Sunfish) is preferred.

Willing to be placed at Mall of Indonesia - North Jakarta.
