Job Description:

• Responsible for the implementation of employee recruitment and selection processes according to the company's needs and culture.
• Responsible for conducting employee training and development to enhance employee competencies based on the established training programs.
• Develop training materials (hard skills and soft skills) according to the employees' development needs.
• Monitor and evaluate employee competencies.
• Manage and evaluate Performance Management.
• Review and evaluate employee development programs.
• Manage employee data within an HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
• Handle employment contracts and new employee onboarding, as well as managing the resignation process.
