Job Description

For your information, currently our client who is a well-established brand in the retail F&B Industry is looking for HR Manager to join their team as described below:

Responsibilities
  • Leading the recruitment process, developing job descriptions, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Fostering a positive work environment, managing employee relations, addressing grievances, and conducting disciplinary procedures.
  • Implementing performance management systems, conducting performance reviews, and promoting employee development.
  • Administering employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and managing compensation and payroll.
  • Developing training programs, identifying training needs, and overseeing employee development initiatives.
  • Creating and maintaining HR policies and procedures manuals, ensuring they align with company culture and best practices.
Qualifications
