Overview

The HR & GA Manager is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of Human Resources and General Affairs to support the company’s business objectives. This role covers strategic HR planning, talent acquisition, performance management, employee and office environment relations, payroll and benefits administration, as well as facility and administrative management.

The HRGA Manager will play a key role in building a strong company culture, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Proven experience in HR strategic planning aligned with business objectives.
  • Skilled in leading change initiatives, including organization redesign, policy rollout, and restructuring.
  • Strong background in industrial relations and dispute resolution.
  • Good knowledge in Labour Law and Employment equity regulations.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
  • Knowledge of board range of human resources strategies, and practices, including salary, overtime, compensation and benefit, performance management, safety, BPJS TK, BPJS Kesehatan, etc.
  • Experience with the human resource information system (HRIS) and in developing and enforcing HR policies and SOPs across the organization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR and GA, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven working experience as HR & GA Manager.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is an advantage.
