H-ostel Bali is seeking an HR Coordinator to support field operations across departments. You will conduct regular visits to sites, monitor HR processes, and provide timely guidance to employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
The role requires strong English, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and at least one year of HR experience. You will manage attendance, BPJS Health administration, and coordinate with management during events and daily activities.
Conduct regular visits to assigned departments or work areas, with a primary focus on field activities and operational support.
Monitor daily HR operations and ensure all HR processes are implemented in line with company procedures.
Handle employee-related issues and provide appropriate support, guidance, and solutions when needed.
Coordinate with management and operational teams to address HR concerns effectively.
Prepare routine reports related to site visits, operational findings, and event support for management review.
Ensure HR Operational team members carry out their duties and responsibilities properly.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, maternity administration, and BPJS Health processes accurately and on time.
Support the implementation of company policies, disciplinary actions, and employee relations matters.
Ensure all HR documentation and administrative records are maintained properly.
Assist in maintaining smooth communication between employees, supervisors, and management.
Provide support during operational events or special activities as required.
Perform other HR operational and administrative duties to support business needs.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Supervisor, or in a similar HR operational role.
Comfortable working in the field while remaining organized in administrative responsibilities.
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR administration, leave procedures, attendance monitoring, overtime, and employee benefits.
Familiar with BPJS Health administration and general HR operational processes.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with different departments.
Willing to work in shifts or during event operational hours when needed.
