Job summary

J&T Express is seeking an HR Generalist to oversee attendance management, supervise staff, and enforce company policies in Bogor. You will support HRBP-related tasks, handle recruitment activities, and ensure timely reporting. Fluency in English and Indonesian is required, with a bachelor's degree in a related field.

The role operates Monday through Friday with a half-day on Saturdays. Ideal candidates are honest, proactive, meticulous, and able to work both independently and in a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Law.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR Generalist/HRBP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Strong English and Indonesian language skills.
• Honest, proactive, meticulous, disciplined, responsible, loyal, and a good team worker.
• Workdays: Mon–Fri and half-day Sat.

Responsibilities

• Process attendance management, tracking, summarization, and leave approvals.
• Supervise employees to ensure policy compliance.
• Implement disciplinary actions and counsel rule violations.
• Communicate management policies to employees.
• Monitor and assist with performance evaluations during contract period.
• Conduct recruitment activities for the division as needed.
• Communicate with the HRBP Coordinator for weekly and monthly reports.

Job Qualifications:
