As a full-time role, this position will play a crucial part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our hotel, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Key responsibilities

Thoroughly clean and maintain all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to the highest standard

Restock and organise housekeeping supplies and linens

Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding promptly to any requests or concerns

Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed

Collaborate with the wider housekeeping team to ensure efficient and coordinated operations

Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and safety protocols

About you

At least 1 year of experience in a housekeeping role at a hotel

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high levels of cleanliness

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently and as part of a team

Fluency in English

Currently living in Bali
