Job summary

Renaissance Hotels Bali is seeking a non-management, full-time Housekeeping team member to enter room status, complete cleanliness checklists, and report conditions after cleaning. You will inspect guest rooms, follow safety procedures, and assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching staff.

You must maintain professional appearance and guest focus, while protecting assets and following company policies.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsibilities

• Enter status of rooms cleaned and complete checklists to report cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.
• Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper and report any issues.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and coaching employees; serve as a role model.
• Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems or hazards; complete safety training.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; protect company assets; greet guests and respond to service needs.
