Job summary

BALIMMO DEVELOPMENT GROUP in Bali is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping across all villa areas, ensure rooms and public spaces meet brand standards, and lead a motivated team.

You will prepare staff schedules, conduct room inspections before check-in, manage supplies, and handle guest feedback while coordinating with Front Office and other departments to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or villa.
• Experience as a supervisor or team leader is an advantage.
• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, room inspection, linen management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations in all villa areas.
• Ensure villas are clean, tidy, and maintained to company standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and assign daily tasks to the housekeeping team.
• Conduct room inspections to ensure villas are ready before guest check-in.
• Monitor room cleaning and villa preparation during check-in and check-out.

Check and control housekeeping supplies, linen, guest amenities, and cleaning equipment.

Monitor stock levels and prepare requests for housekeeping supplies.

Provide daily briefings, training, and guidance to housekeeping staff.

Handle guest complaints related to cleanliness and housekeeping services.

Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments to support daily operations.

Prepare daily housekeeping reports and report any maintenance issues.

Ensure all housekeeping staff follow company SOPs, safety rules, and cleaning procedures.

Requirements
