Courtyard Nusa Lembongan Bali Resort is seeking a Non-Management Loss Prevention & Security team member to patrol the property, secure rooms, and assist guests with access while maintaining a safe environment.

You will conduct emergency drills, monitor CCTV and alarms, document incidents, and help manage reports. The role requires at least two years in security and one year of supervisory experience; high school diploma required.

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Mansioni

• Patrol all areas of the property and secure rooms.
• Assist guests with room access and escort unwelcome persons.
• Conduct emergency response drills and daily safety inspections.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems; document access to secured areas.
• Investigate incidents; gather information and complete reports.
• Assist management in training and coaching employees; model behavior.
• Follow company policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions.
• Ensure compliance with beverage control laws; respond to accidents.
