You will inspect records, supervise junior technicians, and coordinate with the engineering team to deliver high-quality guest experiences. A proactive, service-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Familiar with operation principles and fault diagnosis for large hotel infrastructure components such as power, air conditioning, fire control, security, monitoring, and networks.
• Willing to work day and night shifts for an extended period.

Responsibilities

• Ensure normal operation of hotel power, water, gas, heating, and cooling equipment.
• Inspect equipment operation and shift records accurately.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to keep them in good condition.
• Implement energy-saving measures to improve efficiency.
• Support maintenance for banquets and meetings and ensure related equipment functions well.
• Regularly test generator performance for power outages.
• Supervise fire safety works and address violations.
• Train technicians and apprentices to develop their skills.
• Manage tools and log usage, enforcing disciplinary actions when needed.
